As an artist I take my inspiration from observations of nature and the changing landscape.
 

In the broad sense of the term I consider myself a painter but I am drawn to many different means of expression and enjoy the process of making art, exploring the many possibilities that the blank page or canvas presents.
 

The art process  is something I take seriously as I express my personal vision of nature.  Sometimes my work will look realistic and at other times more abstract.  In each case I would hope that the viewer might see the natural world a little differently after seeing my pictures.
